  • Gearbox out of alignment.
  • Cooling water flow insufficient or too hot.

Propeller hub is not sufficiently greased

  • Control system have failed.
  • Propeller hub has no grease.
  • Tie rod is broken

CPG27 – CPG350 use SAE 30 single grade engine oil

CPGD50 – CPGD280 use SAE 30 single grade engine oil

CPGD420 use SAE 40 single grade engine oil

  • Bearings damaged.
  • Engine RPM to low.
  • Hydraulic pump for the pitch damaged.
  • Main relief in PVG valve damaged.
  • Hydraulic pump drive broken.
  • Hydraulic pump for clutch damaged.
  • Main relief or pressure reducing valve damaged.
