What does the fault message in the remote control system mean?
  • See fault code.
  • No connection to feedback pot.meter or feedback pot.meter defect.

Where is the noise in the hydraulic system coming from?

Leakage in suction line (o-ring, filter or pipe damaged).

Why is the pitch control not precise?

Why is the temperature high in the stern tube seal/bearing?
  • Gearbox out of alignment.
  • Cooling water flow insufficient or too hot.

What type of oil must be used for my Hundested CPG gearbox?

CPG27 – CPG350 use SAE 30 single grade engine oil

CPGD50 – CPGD280 use SAE 30 single grade engine oil

CPGD420 use SAE 40 single grade engine oil
